The Inn at Taughannock Falls is a luxury boutique hotel, restaurant and event center in Trumansburg, NY.
The 12-acre estate is enhanced by the new Enchantment Event Garden which hosts high end weddings and other events.
The hotel features four different buildings including the jewel at the center of the estate, a three story Victorian Mansion that operates as the home base of the hotel, bar, and restaurant.
Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and emails quickly and efficiently with a professional manner and articulate manner of speech.
Responding to guest queries and helping troubleshoot any and all problems presented to you.
Using multiple software systems as well as Microsoft Office and Google Docs as an expert.
Cash handling and selling items from the bar or gift certificates.
Providing concierge services to guests as needed such as booking dinner reservations on their behalf or recommending local eateries and activities.
Remaining aware of the surroundings and keeping the public areas orderly and presentable.
Always have a friendly and warm disposition, and charismatically make all guests feel welcome.
