Dispatcher
Dispatchers are employed at Regional Headquarters at Taughannock Falls State Park. Dispatchers are responsible for radio communications and support services to police officers and rangers spread over a ten-county area. Dispatchers are crucial for the safety of all members in the field. Duties include receiving and dispatching calls for service, answering telephones, making eJustice inquiries and maintenance and data entry of police records. Our office is a fully operational dispatch center.
